Our Boarding Philosophy

At The Nashville Sports Bark Club (NSBC) we pride ourselves on providing the best environment for happy, healthy dogs to explore, run, jump, play, socialize, and relax.

Our Boarding Hours

Open 7 days a week for Boarding

Drop Off:

6:30 am - 6:00 pm

Pick Up:

6:30 am - 2:00 pm

Boarding Fees and Payment

ALL major credit cards and cash accepted. No Checks.
  • $80 per night (1 Dog)

    • Multi Dog Discounts:

      • $140 per night (2 Dogs) = $20 Savings!

      • $200 per night (3 Dogs) = $40 Savings!

  • 2 night stay minimum, 30 night stay maximum

  • 50% deposit due at booking, with full payment is due at drop off

  • 7 days cancelation policy for a full refund of deposit (14 days for holidays)

  • Military, Police, Fire Service, and Healthcare Personnel receive 10% off your total bill (valid ID required)

  • Intensive Care fee of $25 per night (Insulin OR more than 3 medications daily)

Our Boarding Facility - Outdoors

  • We have such an amazing outdoor space!

    • It is just over a half-acre, fully fenced, with mature trees, and well lit.

    • There are plenty of sunny places and just as many shady places.

    • There are hills, large rock shelves, grassy areas, and much more for you dog to explore. 

  • ​The property has a wonderful, conditioned space where the dogs can come in for a break to relax, whether it be to cool off or warm up depending on the time of year. 

  • Inside are high end dog creates where the dogs can safely enjoy some time to wind down in a safe space. 

  • We have security cameras to monitor the property and dogs 24/7.  

 

Boarding Requirements

  • No Breed Restrictions

  • All dogs must pass an evaluation before their first overnight stay 

  • We will review your dog's medical history

  • All dogs over 6 months old must be spayed or neutered

  • Current on heartworm medications

  • Current on flea and tick preventative (no flea collars allowed)

  • We will administer a "Capstar" tablet to all dogs upon arrival

Boarding Vaccine Requirements

  • Bordetella, Parvovirus, Distemper, Rabies, Canine Influenza

  • Bordetella must be given at least 7 days before your dog's boarding stay

  • Vet-signed and endorsed vaccine record

Food during Boarding

  • Bring your dog's current food with instructions on portions and frequency of feedings per day  

  • Please bring 2 days extra of food as sometimes things happen and dogs need to extend their stay. 

  • House food is available at $2 per meal (4health brand)

Medications during Boarding

  • Bring your dog's current medications with written instructions on how it is to be given (frequency, quantity, given with peanut butter or pill pocket, etc.)

  • Please bring 2 days extra of medications as sometimes things happen and dogs need to extend their stay

Personal Items during Boarding

  • One (1), 12" wide x 12" high x 14" deep private locker per dog

  • Please do not bring items of high value or importance in case they get chewed or dirty  

  • Bandanas, bows, and tags are likely to come off during play and can sometimes get damaged or misplaced  

  • Keep in mind that some items may not be machine washable and the most we can do is spray and/or scrub them to get them clean 

Housekeeping during Boarding

  • We deep clean every morning

  • Light clean throughout the day

  • Biologically safe, pet-friendly cleaners  

  • Water and food bowls are cleaned daily with warm soap and water

Health and Safety during Boarding

  • First-Aid kits are on-site and maintained

  • 24-hour emergency veterinary services on-call

  • 24/7 Security System w/Cameras
